We currently support Gran Turismo 7, Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC), F1 25, and EA Sports WRC. Each game has its own dedicated channels and championships. We’re always looking to expand to new platforms based on community interest.

Not at all! While a racing wheel enhances the experience, and the experience varies by game, many of our community members started or are still play with a gamepad. The most important thing is your passion for racing!

We welcome drivers of all skill levels! Our championships feature multiple divisions (Rookie, Amateur, Pro) based on your experience and lap. We have our own ranking system that will track your progress as we log your races.

No, membership, participation and all championships are 100% free. The only times where we charge admission is for special charity events, where 100% of the collected admissions go to a chosen charity.

Championships & Events

Competition registration opens 1-2 weeks before each competition starts. You’ll need to apply through SimGrid using your Discord account, and in some competitions attend a mandatory briefing session. Registration is first-come, first-served with limited spots available.

We understand that life happens! We don’t penalize missed races, other than the missed points opportunity. Also most competitions are designed around this and usually work on a best X out of Y model. Eg. we count your best 6 out of 8 rounds for the final score.

Yes! Our major championships feature prizes for the top finishers, plus trophies and sponsor products. Prize pools vary by championship and not all of them have them.

We have a dedicated stewarding team that reviews incidents after each race. Penalties can include time additions, grid penalties for the next race, or in severe cases, disqualification. The penalty system is entierly based on reports. You have a window after each race where you must report the incident and it will be reviewed. We don’t take action on penalties unless a report happens as it would take too much time for stewards to review the whole race for every driver. As a participating driver, it is your responsiblity to report an incident on time.

We also have a penalty points system. Where we remember the incidents from your last 10 races and if you collect enough points you will get a more serious penalty. Read more here.

We have a policy of no waiting and no restarts in case of driver connection and gameissues. Sometimes these things just happen, just like in a real race when a drivers car won’t start, and we have to respect the time of all the other drivers participating in the race.

Do your best to prepare an do everything you can to ensure you have a stable connection. Test everything on time, work on issues if you have them, and use a wired connection instead of wireless
.

Community & Rules

Clean racing is our top priority. We expect all drivers to race with respect, avoid intentional contact, and follow real-world racing etiquette. Aggressive or unsportsmanlike behavior can result in penalties or suspension from events.

We regularly host practice sessions (we call them fun nights), driving school sessions, and the experienced drivers are always up for coaching and can help you.

The best way to improve is to participate. Don’t be hesitant if you think you are not good enough. You will do a lot of training before a race in multiplayer sessions with other participants where you can learn a lot from them. Also the more real world experience you start gaining early, the better.

Hot lapping is one thing, but driving with other drivers on the track doing it fast and safe takes experience.

Our Discord has channels dedicated to setup sharing, driving tips, and technique discussions. Many community members are happy to help newcomers improve.
